I have been just looking at the english meaning and translating it and saying it in spanish. But there has to be a faster and more efficient way of learning it than that.

Also, is it true that if you listen to a foreign language while you’re sleeping, you will be able to remember the vocabulary better?

Would it be better to learn Spanish (because it is becoming more and more necessary in the US) or French (because I might use it in my career later on — they speak French in Europe and at CERN)?
