Any sort of social service job if you live in an area with a lot of immigrants or Spanish speakers.

You have a few options. If you really want to learn the language properly, you would need to go to Spain or a spanish speaking place for a while to pick it up properly. Ideally you would need some close friends who are fluent so that you can learn quickly and efficiently.
Once you can speak and write it very well, then you could take some exams I imagine and get qualified as a translator or maybe go into a teaching role of sorts.
