Doesnt really matter. Wait 10 years and everyone will be required to speak spanish to attend college.

First get a program called RosettaStone for your computer. This way you can learn at your own pace. See if there is an international school in your area. Most of them teach English as a Second Language. But some will offer other languages. Plus, you will be able to meet others that have spanish as their first language, and they are always helpful to a non speaking spanish person who wants to learn their language.
